Vegan Cookies Recipe

One of my favorite activities is to bake. I also have a strong desire to go vegan. So here are the best of both worlds. What you’ll need for this recipe:

2 mashed bananas

2 cups of oats

A half teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/3 cup of chocolate chips

Start by preheating your oven to 350. Combine all your ingredients into a bowl and stir until a baby food like consistency. Spray some non-stick cooking spray on your cookie sheet, and make balls with your batter. Lay the balls about 1-2 inches away from each other and bake for about 12 minutes. They honestly taste amazing, and are guilt free. I hope you try, and enjoy this easy recipe.
