Starting off with the smoothie, I blend one cup of any frozen fruit mixture with juice and water. I personally like a mix of pineapple, mango, and strawberries, but it is all up to you. As for juice, I love any berry mix juice. Blend that until the consistency is thick. If it’s too thin it’s not going to be fun to eat out of a bowl. The consistency should be that of a sorbet.
After you’ve blended your smoothie, time for the toppings. I love cutting up banana and strawberries and loading them on top. If I’m treating myself I love to add shaved coconut and nutella every once in a while. But the best part is the granola. I use the Pumpkin Flax Seed Granola by Nature’s Path, and it’s sooo good. One of the best meals ever, I would totally recommend it, especially if your resolution for this next year is to eat cleaner
